Even on the weekend
- create a relaxed atmosphere before bed:
- Warm baths, reading books, listening to soft music or doing other relaxing activities
- Avoid sleeping behavior:
- Avoid tea coffee
Or drinks with caffeine before bed - No alcohol or cigarette before bed
- Avoid heavy meals or exercise before bed
- If you can’t sleep after trying for 20-30 minutes
To get out of bed and do other relaxing activitiesUntil feeling sleepy
Then go back to bed - Consult a doctor if there is a chronic insomnia:
- If you encounter insomnia for more than 2 weeks
