1. Prepare the necessary documents

   

   • Copy of house registration
   • Copy of ID card
   • Copy of annual tax receipt
   • Copy of vehicle registration
   • Consent documents to change the license plate
     (In the case of the car named more than 1 person)
   • In the case of changing the license plate to move the province
     Must have documents from the original province transportation as well as 16
     Which is a car transfer certificate from the original provincial transportation office

2. Take the car to check the condition at the Car Inspection Center

   

   • Must use the annual tax receipt and a copy of the condition.

3. Submit the matter at the Transport Office

   

   • Bring the car inspection with all the documents prepared to submit at the Transport Office
   • Submit a request to change the license plate
   • Pay the specified fee

4. Wait to receive a new license plate

   • After submitting the fee and paying fees
     Officials will issue a receipt and notify the date of receiving a new license plate
   • When the appointment date
     Bring a receipt and a copy of ID card to receive a new license plate at the Transport Office.
