Changing a new car registration
It is another step that the car owner has to proceed when the car has changed the owner.
The procedures and documents that must be used to change the new car registration are as follows.

1. Documents used

   • A copy of the old and new owner’s ID card
   • Car copy
   • Copy of the latest annual tax registration letter
   • (In case of not being able to proceed)
   • Car purchasing contract
     (In the case of the buyer payment to the seller)
   • (In the case of using license plates in other provinces and other provincial buyers from the seller)

2. Step

   1. Check the documents and pay the car ownership transfer fee at the Department of Land Transport.
      Or the Provincial Transport Office
   2. Fill out the car ownership form
   3. bring the car to check the condition at the Department of Land TransportOr the Provincial Transport Office
   4. Annual tax payment and car tax renewal
   5. Waiting to receive a new license plate and driver’s license
