Items that must be prepared to make public driving licenses

1. ID card

   

   • Real ID card
   • 1 copy of ID card

2. Medical certificate

   

   • Medical certificates stating that the driver’s license is healthy.
     No diseases or symptoms that obstruct driving
   • Medical certificates must be no more than 6 months.

3. Photo

   • 1 inch (2×2 cm), amount 2 images
   • Photos must be the latest photos.
     Not more than 6 months
   • The photo must have a full face.
     No shadows and no flash.

4. Driving license fee

   • Annual public driving license fees(In the case of expired driving license) 250
     Baht
   • The first public driving license fee 350 baht
   • Public driving license extension fees(In the case of the driver’s license is almost out of age) 150
     Baht

5. Form of public driving license

   • 1 public driving license form (white leaf), amount 1 version
   • 1 public driving license form (pink leaf), amount 1 version

6. Evidence of training

   • Evidence of public car drivers

7. Evidence of insurance premiums

   • Evidence of public car insurance premiums
   • Copy of evidence of 1 public car insurance premium

8. Copy of vehicle registration manual

   • A copy of the vehicle registration manual requesting a public driver’s license

9. Car construction license

   • Public car construction license or a bus that is registered under the name of the applicant to make a public driving license

10. Insurance policy

    • Public car insurance policy that covers responsibility to third parties
    • Copy of 1 public car insurance policy
